Baseball Pitching - How to Throw a Two-Seam Fastball

In the world of baseball, from little league to the major leagues, the quest to acquire the ability to throw an overpowering fastball, is common in all pitchers. I'm not here to debate mixing in other pitches or pitching strategy or any other subject concerning pitching, only the ability to throw a fastball.

The fastball is nick named "Number One," the "The Heat," "The Express," and many other slang's, but they all refer to speed. The ability to wind up and unleash a 100 mph fastball in a critical situation, will give any pitcher a warm and fuzzy feeling.

What most people outside of baseball don't realize, as the players become older and more skilled, a 100 mph fastball coming in, may go back out at 130 mph. A Flat, that is a baseball with no movement, is a very hittable pitch even at 100 mph.
